Great idea, Peter. Steakhouse wedge salad is one of my favorites. I will give this a try this weekend after shopping. It looks great and is easy to prepare. I love the dressing, as it's something other than blue cheese.👍👍🥂🥂

I love a good wedge salad, but it can be a bit boring. I have amped it up with Belgian Endive and fresh pairs to make a slighly bitter and sweet delight. 🍸🍸🥂🥂
