I put avocado oil on my ends of my hair after my blowout (I do it myself too) and in the morning my hair looks so super healthy and not oily. I was amazed. Just thought I'd share with you and the ladies ❤

Love the term look better, not look younger! I am 68 years old and can honestly say I look better now than I did 20 years ago. Yes, I have a few more wrinkles, but I’m just more comfortable in my own skin. I also take much better care of my skin now than I did when I was younger. Thanks for all you do on your channel!

Thank you so much for talking about the color science three in one eye treatment. Nobody has ever spoken about it that I can remember. I did see Lisa J use it once in a get ready with me, but I don’t even think she mentioned it. It is the only thing that I can use under my 75-year-old eyes. No matter what concealer I use it’s useless. This is a superior product that does more than just color, correct and conceal. I must say that that dress or top you’re wearing is stunning.

U show great techniques in a clear and professional way, cover pros/cons of products clearly and r entertaining wo being lengthy or annoying. That may b a big part of why u appeal to an older audience, rather than the whole "younger" thing. We know we can't b younger but we'd still like to know how to look our best.

I looked up which companies test on animals. L'Oreal states it does NOT test on animals. Before saying negative things about any company, please get your facts straight!! It's easy to research these things, so look it up. You may be surprised at which companies do or do not test on animals.

Much appreciated info. for us older ladies. I once had my makeup done at Ulta by a young lady who didn’t understand the needs of mature skin. The make accentuated every line and wrinkle. I went home and washed it off!

Yes...it can be such a struggle sometimes. I just did makeup for a mature audience and she asked me "is it hard to do makeup on my face?" and I answered by saying "it's not hard at all! It's just different". The application method is different and a lot of people don't spend the time learning how to do it well.

I also forgot to mention that the Danessa Myricks blurring balm is the best I've ever bought for my face it can be used with or without makeup. I bought a medium color it like completely erases your wrinkles. I love it. Maybe you should do a video on that DM blurring balm. Good luck

Gabi, have you tried the NARS Light Reflecting foundation? It works great on my mature skin. My skin has become drier as I’ve aged. This foundation lasts for about 8-10 hours on me and it leaves my skin glowing. ULTA has a $10 off coupon right now for prestige cosmetics. It’s a good time to try this foundation ❤

The City Lips plumper is really, really great. When my lips got really dehydrated over the winter, that was the only thing I could put on them...everything else made them get drier and flake! I'll be looking into the heat protection spray you recommend. But what did you have your hair in while doing your makeup application? It didn't look to be cotton or microfiber. Was it satin? Does it actually blot the dampness after washing?? I'm always looking to protect my hair when it's wet... Another great video- thank you!!

I am 57 and have wrinkles and redness. I can never figure out what makeup colors to use. I don't know how to find the right foundation color. I have dark circles and don't know how to really conceal them- pink or yellow? I don't know how to figure out brow color and I don't have great brows. My blush doesn't really stay on. I did see that you said to use a cream and then a powder. I don't know how to figure out what colors of both. Sure wish I had someone like you to help me figure all the colors and techniques out. For dark circles a tinted eye cream is great it has the Peachy tone to cancel the dark circles before you start with makeup less makeup layers the better hd powders are great for fine lines and pores they have silicone in them that helps to fill in those area but they do usually flash back in photos the elf's halo glow powder is also super fine powder but has bit of colour and a sheen to it not glitter sheen healthy glow and is great in photos too

I so agreed woman in their 40 n beyond are so under misrepresentative due to our age and society make us feel we are no longer that important and step aside when technically it the most wise , experienced , stabled , content with life age range ever . I love tresseme heat tamer for heat protection. Reality good product. I have a lange blow dry brush. Ugh. Not good. That tool gets so hot it literally burns my fingers. I should have returned it. All products before they go in the Chinese stores shelves have to be tested on animals by law. Yet Mac, L’Oréal and others STILL sell to them. They don’t need the money. Little brands who do won’t as they care. Disgusting.
