BIGFAX! he came to my high school sociology class when he was first elected. He drew a horizontal line on the white board that represented Main Street and put the hyatt and the BILO Center (as it was called at the time) at one end and the Peace Center at the other. then he drew a horizontal line in the middle for the Poinsette Hotel which had just begun construction. Then he put another line past the Peace Center which was going to be the baseball stadium. Then he asked us "OK class, what does this look like?" We were stumped. Then he said "A shopping mall. We're going structure downtown like Haywood Mall." 20 however many years later and that's exactly what he did. He's by far my favorite Red Team member.

I only know the host for his hip hop videos and like his perspective and perception, and I am completely turned off by our political system so curious to hear what the company man has to say. Based on intro Walz sounds like a good safe pick. Experienced, tested, successful, known and seasoned politician. Weird does sort of hit the mark. I remember a story about how the 3 main republicans who attacked Bill Clinton for his immorality all got wrapped up in creepy sex issues (it was Newt Gingrich and 2 others not named Larry Craig). Totally agree with the host about conservative politicians criticizing 'elites'. Just check the record on how that stacks up and you will see a bunch of humble, working class men and women succeeding through hard work and their own exceptional qualities and then wanting to give back to the people and community which raised them. Take it from the man. 14:40 Look how our government and law enforcement authorities work against legal protest movements. It is chilling. Then look at the militarization of our law enforcement. Protect and serve? Le Carre said something like "Be afraid of the society that embraces its shock troops." 20:40 Host on how tax dollars get used, very much in agreement here. The amount of 'welfare' that wealthy people receive in our society is astounding; also astounding the income inequality trends. I guess that's just what happens in a meritocracy based on freedoms.

Idk man. I mean he seems fine. And Trump was never gonna get my vote. I have still never voted for an actual presidential candidate in a general election. I won’t list out my votes for you. But I will say I was 17 in November of 2008 or I’d have probably voted for Obama then. I’ve always felt very apathetic to the whole presidential vote. Down Ballot I worry about more but I’ve never lived in a swing state. And I’m currently in a rural county in a red state. Trump is gonna win by more than one vote in my district unfortunately. Maybe it’s just me and my apathy, because people seem to be excited, at least on the blue team. Those projects should be funded at the state level by the tax payers that would use them.
