They definitely nailed the little details with that one. Lots of handles, built in storage and a drain plug actually located where you can easily drain all the water. I’m starting to shop for my next kayak upgrade from a Pelican sentinel and think this has jumped to the top of the list.

Then you'll say it's hard to support vibe when their prices are similar to the more name brand kayaks.. Vibe sells kayaks for the prices they are able to sell them because they're made in China

yup, there are many ways to configure the blackpak they have have a smaller one, you can remove the rodholders too

Hey I had a really big question I was hoping you could help me with! I want this kayak really bad but worried I’d be to short to comfortably use the pedals so is there a way to adjust them closer to you at all or is that the only position for the x drive

the x drive has 5 different positions to set the drive, even a 5 footer should be able to use it

Works yes, is it the best for you? I would shoot for something bigger like a 12 footer, shearwater for example, I mean you be OK in the makana but maybe you want the space

Great walk through video! I have a question. did you actually install the pod? I got one for my Makana and it seems like you have to remove the front plate. It doesn't just drop in. Maybe I was doing it wrong. What do you think?

I fit! No need to remove the metal plate, put it under first, then lay it flat

Hey Alex I think the best Kyack in the market is hobbie out back does nothing better you have fin. drive and you could put a motor no problem and it has a small hatch in the front no water gets in - every Kyack in the market trying to compete with the out back but they can’t yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for
