This is one of the best meditations I have ever experienced. If you ever have the chance could you extend the shaman ceremony part to about 3-4 times the length it is. I have been doing this mediation with my phone close by so i could rewind that part as it helps me get deeper into this meditation but it would be wonderful if it would keep going without me having to disturb my meditation 😅 This is absolutely my favourite meditation!!

I have been doing your life changing mediations for 1.5 yrs now. Wanted to try something new, so stumbled upon this.The shamen I met was none other than my father. I have had lot of grudges or misunderstandings with my father off late. I am very much like my father born to do something bigger like him. It felt like we are talking on various expectations and disappointments from each other. I asked him to forgive me. He showed me clear path, instead of carrying burden he asked me to go and achieve what I am supposed to and showed his full support like he would do before. Then the cleansing sound took away all those hidden negative emotions. I am feeling so lighter energetic and I feel the bond between me and my father is going to strengthen further. Thanks so much 🙏

Wow. This was intense for me. The shaman told me I am his daughter. I felt buried or like something heavy was on top of me. A feeling I hadn’t felt in a long time since I’d have that same feeling in dreams as a child but without context. He asked if I was ready, Told me not to be scared and restored my “gifts”. I felt myself almost leave my body, my eyes were shaking, body tingling. I felt deep peace and gratitude. He also told me to sit where the water moves and listen. My ears are now ringing.

Amazing! Felt the purging out of my sacral and solar plexus areas and heart ache disintegrating, my womb space softened more to receive with soul reminders of “all is here” and “all is love” I felt myself actually holding between my hands-felt like palpable energy-what I was told is my vision, with lovely swirling golden yellow colors, felt a peacefulness and the shaman said “you are worthy. this is my 2nd time in the amazon with your guided meditation. I have met 2 guides an old man and a young girl about 2. tToday they look me to the hut and they stay out side, I was left alone as I was the first time as well. No shaman has come to me yet but today I was feeling really sick to my stomach and thought I was going to throw up, as it settled down I got up and wandered around with the cool sand on my feet. I noticed I was in medicine mans hut and he was performing a ceremony on me from some distance away, I could not wee him but I felt hime and my 2 guides at the doorway watching over me and waiting .I held out my hand and twirled around crying feeling unbelievable love and healing. When done my quides walked me back to the river and my message was "go forward my child -----------" (can't remember the rest)

Such a beautiful and powerful meditation. I saw myself as a young girl where I was accidentally injured helping my father. I held in my pain because of how much he was suffering because I was hurt. I’ve learned to internalize pain and suffering and now I’m learning to release it. Physical pain does not have to equal suffering. My Shaman’s last words to me were ‘No more suffering.’ Thank you Jess.

Profound. I got to the healing waters and mediated. I allowed space for a question to form. I’m not even sure what the question was. The answer was love. Then all my spirit guides appeared one by one and shined their love on me. One of my guides was more prominent. She opened up my core. At that moment a spoon on the table next to me moved, like it was teetering on something and fell slightly. It was like some change in energy caused to it fall. A few seconds later the shaman started shaking his branch. His intention was healing. The waters moved through me. The branch’s vibrations caused the unnecessary vibrations around me to dissipate and allowed the new vibrations of Love to take over. Thank you. ❤️🙏

Thank you so much for the wonderful powerful meditation. I really connected with the shaman. He was telling me to let go of the past trauma and that I am loved. This was beautiful...the shaman told me I had many more journeys to take in this life to bring people home...he called me "spirit of the sky" and said that the girl (child) who was with him was me! I had a grey horse with me right up until the point where I got to the river and then the horse disappeared until I returned again..the shaman had a feather headdress on when I first met him but after he started dancing around me his headdress turned into an eagle... thank you for such a wonderful experience ✨♥️✨

There was actually another person there with me and another Shaman. The man helped me to balance my masculine energy. I saw all of my chakras spinning in my body. The heart chakras was not full as the other chakras were. So the Shaman gave me energy there and it started spinning faster. I saw myself getting along with my mother, buying her gifts and seeing her smile so wide. Towards the end there was a wolf, mountain goat, and blue butterfly that came in me. The wolf lived in my head, the Goat in my heart, and the Butterfly at my base. Towards the end there was a shield of white light put around me and the other person. I started to see visions of things moving forward in the life. As we walked away the Shaman told me that I will be okay and am meant for great things❤

I am very grateful for this meditation! 💜 I was told that the reason for the pain I have developed over the past three years (which breaks my heart as well as my body because it keeps me from dancing and exercising) is because of my spiritual awakening five years ago. That I am now being called to know that my physical body and what it experiences is determined by my spiritual self. That despite doing meditations, sound healing, reiki, etc. to heal I still have this lingering, subconscious belief that if something is wrong with my physical body it requires fixing in the physical reality and that this belief is, in fact, blocking my healing. I was told that I need to work on releasing this belief, not just to heal my body but to grow spiritually. As the shaman helped me up, he hugged me and told me telepathically that I am part of his family and that I am missed.

Very healing and clarifying, and it was nice to put a face to someone I have known my entire life. I left feeling healed and ready to learn how to help others. My Teacher said that He will show me how to do that one step at a time, just like He showed me how to cross the river safely. I had a similar and lovely meditation. I did not hear the Teacher's voice but I "heard" very clear thoughts, and I knew they were the Teacher's thoughts because you can tell by the spirit of what is being said. I knew I was being healed because the Teacher was healing the exact areas of my body and spirit that I had prayed for healing in. The Teacher's words to me as I started back across the stones was to remind me that He has been with me all along and will always be with me guiding me each step at a time. This was an amazing meditation and I follow your meditations all the time. While I was on the red cushion, the little girl stood next to me, I stood up and a large snake came in through a window and start wrapping around my body. I looked down and saw some sort of collar on his neck, pressed the button and he instantly released and went back out the window again. I have no idea what that meant or signified but I feel much lighter. Bless you for making such amazing meditations! What a difference they have made in my life

The session was amazing and intense. A snake came and spoke about how I needed to accept my beauty. Started to absorb illness from my body and said that she was taking all that was no longer in tune with me. Then I understood ehat a magnificent creature she was.

An amazing experience!! I wish I could personally share this with you. My quest is for healing a medical condition (I know it's mind/body). My messages were clear. It is all about LOVE & FORGIVENESS. Beautiful meditation, but for some reason the audio in my headphones was fluctuating the whole time. I still got some insights and the usual warm blanket feeling of unconditional love and light around me, and the cleansing from the shaman truly made me feel like I was there and received it first hand. Thank you for another amazing meditation, I'm so grateful for these guided mediations as they are helping so many people! 🦋🙏❤
