Yeah alastor isn’t a good person but it’s also important not to mischaracterize him to hell and back. Viv has dated that Alastor is a morally grey character with a moral code of some sort who’s supposed to be somewhat of an anti hero. His alignment is chaotic neutral

I know it’s not explicitly said in canon, but I feel like Al didn’t kill women. Maybe if he was born in our modern time period certain women would also be on his hit list but idk? He doesn’t seem like the kind of serial killer to kill random women. I think he had one of those villain moral codes- you know when they’re still evil killers but they only kill people that *they* believe deserve it. Maybe that’s just me- idk. I get that vibe
