I was able to meet Al in the hotel lobby before one of his shows! I didn't want to disturb him, but he gave me a nice nod. While he was getting off the stage, he did sign my Pet Sounds though! After the show I was able to talk for awhile with Matt Jardine and Probyn Gregory, and they were the nicest people! Hopefully I can meet some of the others

It would be nice to see Al's show one day! I'd bring my Summer Days copy in a hope to get it signed too 🙂

Ricky is the only one I've never met as well! Not sure how to figure that one out; I think he still tours with Bonnie Raitt but I doubt the rest of her team would be ok with people going backstage just to meet one member of the band. Tara R. is still the road manager for Mike's group; she is amazing! I got a special photo just with her last time I met Mike and Bruce. Bruce is my favorite of the group to meet; I actually sang both She Believes in Love Again and Sumahama with him (on two different occasions.) He also sang Happy Birthday to a disabled girl who also had a backstage pass and that was super sweet. But I don't doubt he has a temper- I witnessed him explode on members of the road crew a couple times. David Marks is nice but he was super high when I met him and kept repeating my name over and over. It was weird. Blondie is really fun too- he gave me a hard time about knowing so many of their songs when I wasn't born yet lol I hope some members of the group get back to Europe again so you can met them again!

Would be cool to meet Ricky and get him to sign something too, but he seems to have been maybe distanced himself from The Beach Boys stuff? Bruce does seem like an interesting guy, he was very nice to me but there's some videos and stories about him being not so nice to some others. I think there's a story in the Lost Beach Boy book from David how he felt Bruce was a very scary in a Jekyll/Hyde way to him when they met the first time, haha! I hope David's doing well, last I heard of him I got the idea he was ill (from cancer?...) Mike's group is coming to at least Spain and London next summer, I'm hoping for a show a bit closer so I could get the Holland /Carl&Passions albums signed by him too. But I doubt it happens.
