I still remember Kramer having a live meltdown on TV in 2008. He was freaking out about a coming sudden collapse. I and most thought he was nuts. He probably is a little nuts, but he was 100% correct about the crash. I remember President Bush was about to bail out the banks without any guarantees that the banks had to pay it back (yes, they were desperate times), and the fellow from the UK got on a plane and flew to the U.S, got off the plane and went straight to talk to Bush, and told him he was insane to do it. That the banks had to pay the bailout back.
