Brian has an excuse but I turn 70 next month and have moved a sofa, shelves, dressers and tables upstairs by myself. (The secret is unboxing downstairs since everything comes in pieces. and take the pieces upstairs).

Hey Alec, have you looked into an indoor tennis facility? There may be an indoor court within your local Parks & Rec, YMCA or gym near work or home. Just a suggestion in case you didn't think about it. OAN, love the couch and color. Like Brian though, I prefer a high back and high off the floor couch cause the way these knees are set up....😆 But it's definitely great for guest. I too have a futon on my office space, but I've been looking into one similar to yours on Amazon.
