Hope di oven out ah commission fi real otherwise Tami in trouble. The kids birthdays are based on the farmer worker winter break 😂. A little argument is healthy it becomes problematic when you can’t move past them. Tami response to Wayne asking what him ah guh eating was funny and then shi nyamm ah road and swallow every spoonful of Wayne’s soup. We also instill particular practices in our own lives, intentionally ie.. self care, mental wellness practices, effective boundaries & circle of support. To name a few. Great Tip from both Tami and Wayne.. I'm so sorry I didn't video more with my mom I loss my mom June 14 this year 😢😢, yep Tami's birthday... I'm still struggling with her passing😢😢 but I do have pics but. Wished I recorded with her voice. Grieving process is raw still😢😢 but I do get to smile watching MTM vlogs.

I’m not a Therapist (not licensed) but I was enrolled in and completed 2.5 years of Masters in Counseling (specializing in Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health counseling). And during those years, one of the things I did learn was that yes, it’s in fact important and highly recommend that all Therapists also have/see another Therapist or have some form of outlet based on the nature of their profession.

Wayne, just wanted to shed some light on therapist having a therapist. We do!!! It is a good way to decompress after all that you've taken in from your patients. Some of the things we hear are very dark and disturbing so it's good to talk through your feelings with someone too💜

Good day, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell. Please don't pressure Jax about summer studies. It is not necessary. Believe me. I grew up in the "bush" in Jamaica, very scant resources all around...yet ended up graduating from a US Ivy League university with honors. While I absolutely loved going to school and learning, I looked forward to and enjoyed everyday of my summer break from school. Kids need a true beak from the pressures of school. Jax's strong push-back should be a cue to you that he NEEDS the break. Please listen to the child and not just your wishes. Otherwise, he will end up with early stress, anxiety and depression. Just my two cents. The best to your family.
