So Wayne I also suffered for years with similar shoulder problems. I never took the injections because it provided only temporary relief. But has worked was weight/lifting and muscle building, it was slow but it has been effective🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️. I disliked lifting weights in my youth but now I completely love it…it has improved every aspect of my life.💣💣💣🔥🔥🔥👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Amen
