Damn, that was fun to bite. The viper crept and slithered its way towards its elusive prey and finally struck with a lethal bite. Just before engulfing the prey, the Viper realized he was to exhausted to finnish the meal so, he let the prey excape.....untill the next time.

Great job, seemed a touch early on turn in a few times but the Viper seems to stick it anyway...may find a few ticks of exit speed with a touch later turn in...

New to your channel and love the Viper content (I have a B&W 96 UGR TT GTS)! So fun to watch the ACR in action! You might want to consider doing the heads, cam, intake, and tune... that should get you past the Mc a lot quicker next time!

Well the fact that the SR3 or SR8's have no roof, windscreen, doors, storage space, crash safety or protection features for me makes it not competing fairly. Also btw what sort of Ring time does the SR3 have on street tires?? I know the SR8 did 6:55 and the ACR did 7:01 before a tire failure stopped their efforts(privateers). The concensus is that in all lucklihood the ACR would have done under 7 minutes on street tires, not too far from the SR8 and with the added above features I mentioned and with something if you like you could go to work or shopping with. Try doing that with a Radical.

Yeah. Plus the fact that they weren't that confident in it's handling capabilities. They would've most likely recaptured the record, like they did with the Gen 4 ACR. I really wish we didn't let Benz get their grubby ass hands on the title. They brag too much, for the littlest shit they do. 🙄

just wanted to say, if you still have this, look into the prefix 9L upgrade if you want more than your cams, exhaust, and tune. Would be the best an N/A setup could offer.

Long straights is the ACRs weakness due to the aero.

Nice run! Finding a good shop like Calvo Motorsports or Todd at A&C performance to do a heads/cam upgrade on this car will give you all the power you need to stay ahead. 💪

It would be nice to think it was all down to the wing but sadly that doesn't account for the whole story. Same horsepower between cars but LT is a couple of hundred kilos lighter. As can't lighten ACR to that level, power upgrade is next step.

Car already has pretty much all CF body components. the problem is its a steel chassis which weighs. Its hard to drop much weight on this car to make an considerable impact on weight/power

You knocked a 2:37 not long from this video, on the "Orange" 675LT scrap, . Like you said and can see,it's capable to do a a 2:35 with no traffic perfect conditions , and nailing the perfect lap. The fastest of these laps were in the 2:39's. Temp? Traffic was there, but didn't seem to effect the lap much. Good job!!

I still think the guy in the McLaren was listening to 'Justin Bieber' the whole time during this drive humming along- 'Baby, baby, it will grow down stairs one day' Great song. Even better driver in the Mac'. Erm...No..

На Макларене водитель поддавался много раз... И в очередной раз доказал своё превосходство. От Вайпера, собственно и ожидать большего нельзя. Плохо настроенный двигатель, не подходящая трансмиссия и прилично тяжелее. А вот догнать Maclaren 650 S гражданской версии, это даже не под силу многим гиперкарам.

You think the viper is better in the twisty stuff..? I think the McLaren driver is being cautious.. the McLaren has a clear advantage in corners .. it's what it's designed for. Still nice driving .

Is there any aero upgrade for the Viper ACR out on the market? I mean an aftermarket version, after you have the Extreme Aero pack?

Well there are extended length front splitter and rear diffusers. I have those now. Not sure how much they add to aero. As is the extreme is a pretty thorough aero package. Not sure what else you could add feasibly, unless your name is Adrian Newey!

klekoni I ain’t him, but a replica of the Vulcan AMR Pro Front splitter and dive planes? I know those parts were meant for the Vulcan, but there should be a way to adjust them, right?

Well Radicals don't really count as proper production vehicles in a true sense imv.

Klekoni...The Radical RXC500 is a street legal production car with a roof, doors and air conditioning just like an ACR (except the Radical is much much quicker!)

Is there a production car that can outurn a ACR . between the brakes and aero package it's just glued to the road. Spa is one of the fastest circuits in F!, and perfect track for a top speed type vehicle. I would be interested to see a track like the old San Marino or any of the real technical tracks. ACR took the lap record from the 918 at Laguna Seca and VIR from the Mclaren. That was great fun to watch.

Well it will be very interesting to see how the new 720s, the GT2RS, and the Performante do on circuits and what kind of lap times they will generate. Exciting times!

Yep! I was thinking Porsche 911 GT2 RS as well, as it has the Nürburgring production car record but I think that's about to be beaten by the Radical RXC500.

klekoni I have seen current gen Vipers being tuned(intake, camshaft, head work, ecu tuning, exhaust) to half a Megawatt(670.5 SAE/680 PS) of naturally aspirated Horsepower to the rear wheels. 305/30r19 and 345/30r19 Toyo R888R could also be another modification. I think these changes would make your Viper ACR-E very competitive. What do you think about each of these changes to your own Viper ACR-E.

Who told you that? Wrong. I drive it to the track with its track pack installed. Nothing illegal about it. And sure its not a comfy sedan cruiser. If you want something like that buy a Lexus or a Mercedes.

Now you've got more power and hopefully a 100 lbs lighter catless titanium exhaust with stainless steel headers. But stock ACR's beat 675's worldwide when drivers push past their comfort zones on turns and let the 1700lbs of downforce do the work. Even a 720S can't beat the ACR at tracks like Willow Springs. [I pray you check out Baddboyz Garage long tube viper race headers and Agency Power Titanium race exhaust. AP makes a vicious dual cone cold air intake box too. Don't forget nitrogen tire fill for stabler temps.]

I have always criticized the poor choice of Dodge with the tires and gear ratio in this car. This car top speed is like 175mph. Why you need tal gears for like 230mph? The one lap wonder Kuhmos are shit honestly...

Stradman 😂😂😂😂👍👍👍 you need to work a fair bit on your line especially first half of the track. You also overslow the car too much on corner entry and too late on getting back on throttle. Also don’t forget to open steering wheel as you exit the corner, you don’t open it at all...But lots of kudos to you for bringing the ACR to Spa, always pleasure to see! 🤗

@@racer4199 All fair comments. All I will say is that when this video was done, I had only done approx 10 track days in TOTAL in my entire life. So I was still learning. Since then I have done another 25 so I'm a fair bit better now.
