I find it sad and hilarious that LEGO still can’t get R2’s head painted correctly when Mega has these detailed applications on the Spartan. They’ve been making R2 for years, but the heads still come out wobbly, I wonder why they can’t solve it?

The first Mega Bloks Mantis was the set that got me into brick building as an adult, it was eyeopening how good a brick built set could be. Love all the improvements that Mega has done throughout the years and really looking forward to building this new Mantis set! Thanks for the review Jang!

I have to say, Im sad that the Halo line is thinning out to almost nothing except small mini-fig sets. Back in its prime, I was buying every single new set. Pelican, Phantom, Scorpion, Elephant, etc. Now the selection is a little dissapointing.

i also modified it with a spare piece, just put a spare 1x1 round 1 stud on top 1 on bottom, i put it on the rocket launcher and voila, it can haul around odst pods

0:26 the reason why it look a little different is because I can tell the green mantis is from halo 4 and the Hannibal mantis is from halo 5

I think you mentioned in your LCVP bis that mega increased tue price per piece up to 10 cents per piece. But looking at how many printed pieces included and how Overall well designed The sets are im more then willing to pay a little more for mega than buy a 13-17 cents per piece star wars Set and get bombarded with stickers

I really hope the drought of sets is due to there being no main series Halo games in years, hopefully when Halo Infinite releases, there will be a ton of new set, especially since they will be the old Bungie designs which I want more of

I hope so too. They have sets designed and ready to go but they aren't available. They postponed the release of the UNSC Infinity I am guessing to time with the release of the next game. Still though, with Christmas approaching they are missing out on sales they probably need to keep the company going.

Anybody else think it’s about time Mega updates the Carbine weapon mold?? I love the carbine but it’s always looked off to me. Too..fat. Too tall. Particularly where the bottom comes around, it just goes down too far IMO. I’ve just always thought the whole thing needs to be “thinned down” a tad a guess. More sleek, less obtuse I suppose. Again just my opinion

I think that what you got is a concussion rifle. If that's the case then your lucky because you got an extra weapon, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to come with the set.

Nope he didnt get a weapon, he got a special "MEGA piece" that comes with the sets now...you can do alot of those pieces

Yes and no. The figures arent too compatible. The bricks are very compatible. Mega figs are a bit taller then lego figs so wont fit in lego sized builds. Lego figs fit in mega builds no prob.

After your posting the numbered bags info in a review about two years ago, I went and looked up the patent via Google's patent services. I believe it was last year that it expired. I could not believe the patent had been granted, it was utterly bogus, I have seen DIY furnishings using basically the same technique that substantially predated the Lego patent. Hopefully everybody will now be using the numbered bags. Thanks for clarifying the stupidity and greed about Lego's numbered bag patent.
