I do remember too that many years ago when we still had the old articulation figures getting a Master Chief was really hard and something we all waited for years, i still have my first one that was actually the Cryo bay one

Yeah it definitely was way too hard to find a Chief, so too many is preferable over too few

I still have an unopen SDCC chiefs, got one for my son (he loves them and their weappons and plays all the time with them) and then one for me to display! Talk about hard to get is the 20th Anniversary packs!

Sadly yes, the Anniv pack is still pretty hard to get. Though it is slowly getting easier

Man, your talk about the gold Chief was really true, when I got my 20th anniversary pack I was a little disappointed by Atriox and the gold figures in general. Don’t get me wrong, they’re really cool collector’s pieces, and I’m actually going to buy a case to display them on my desk! The problem is I don’t have a ‘normal’ Atriox or a ‘normal’ Locke, and if Mega decided to make those figures look normal instead of golden, I would.

The VS pack one I would say. If you get a good drybrushed one, it looks very very nice

My favorite infinite Chief has to be the one from the warthog rally. To me it just resembles an old style bungie Chief. It’s sad that that won’t use that type of green in the newer sets.

Funny thing is, I originally thought that the SDCC was gonna end up being the least game-accurate Chief figure, but after the game has released, I can say that the SDCC version actually resembles Chief in game the closest. The color and weathering is absolutely perfect compared to the final version of the game.

Missing the Camo Chief from series 1 but I’d say he falls right next to gold Chief. I agree with your lineup up until the last part tho. I think warthog rally Chief is the best despite his limited head articulation, you can pretty much put him everywhere, and he’s the only clean variant. Every other variant has battle damage or the Golden/camo ones
