Your sound volume is always low and when I turn my device volume up I get deafened by the ads ! And you still have pic going blurry when Amanda’s hand comes across to the right hand side They must be a way to lock your camera setting rather than let it auto adjust

Please sort out your lighting and camera. The ticket has awful shadows and is blurry. You must see the light is positioned wrongly when you scratch.
