@@raijinthemaster88 Debatable at best, depends on who the developer was, and if Sega was paying them under the table to botch the SNES version. In Japan a couple games crossed over, and every single time the SNES sounded better (Pac-Man 2, and a Shin-chan game). I've played Toy Story when it first came out at one of those kiosks Sears had in them, this game is overrated as hell, definitely not one of the better Disney games for either 16 bit console. Most of the nostalgia for this game, and the movie are from people who were kids at the time this came out, I was no kid anymore at that point, so the movie, nor game ever appealed to me. I have always felt the Japanese put more love and care into their games than western developed games ever did.

This is one of the games I'm glad that a) I ended up getting as a random gift back in '96, and b) I'm glad I held on to after all of these years. I can't remember how many hours, days, weeks etc. I spent playing the hell out of this game. Although I admit, it used to kick my butt..... I think the furthest I ever got in the game, before this year anyway (and I can't remember the last time I tried playing it before this year, probably sometime between 2000 and 2010), was the first Sid's Bedroom/House stage, basically the first stage after the claw-machine stage. I was always curious what the differences there are (if any) between this version and the Super Nintendo version, so I'll probably have to get the SNES version someday. Either way, a film-based game done right. If I had any complaints, they would just be minor nitpicks. Mostly how they made stages out of short segments or scenes in the film, although I think the biggest would be the controls for the RC car..... but even so, I've mastered controlling the RC car mostly.
