One thing city wise the area seems to be missing is fire coverage. Might not be big enough but the area next to the train depot looks like a great area for a services area. Police, fire, and a road services depot. If not there then over near the incinerator or border check area. Edit: great episode by the way.

At around 16:30 you talk about how in real life there aren't crossings between overhead wires for trams and trains, and I'd like to point out that there actually are! They're called tram squares, and there's a few left in Melbourne (only 2 from memory). They have to switch the voltage depending on if a tram or train is using it, they're very cool.

Fabulous! Love it! That rough ground by the small train depot? Why not a football pitch? Old industry traditionally had sports facilities for its employees and their families. Placing just the decal of the football pitch on the base grass texture works really well for things like school pitches and places like you have. Wish I could've had that integrated harbour rail connector made before you'd made so much progress but it's all turned out wonderfully. Nice one Scunny!

At 16:00 you could avoid the whole tram over train tracks problems by just having the tram take a 90° turn up to the train station and then have it go down to the town again Also the thing on top of electric trains is called a pantograph Knowledge is power!

Love your channel! Could you convert the left hand lane of the checkpoint to a Bus Lane? It may encourage the rest of the traffic to use the other 2 lanes, plus it would make sense in the context.

Why is no one using the port upgrade for train rails?

For this project the upgrade would of sent the rail in the wrong direction, this method allows any direction

when removing the long bus line, can workers still get to the power station for work? A potential bus line connecting the train to the power station may also be a useful route.

very nice industry you build with the harbor and railways,and very interesting how you builded and documented to us ,i like that kind of video's very much. also wondering how much your umployment is dropped, is sad you cannot see what kind of people are unemployed, like non educated or not educated, sometimes ,all my people in city have work ,but still i have umployment of 5% ,where this comming from, homeless bug is still not fixed i see in my cities,even i build homes or buildings. there lots of transportation to leave the city.

1:02:40, it dropped from 8.6% to 4.4%. I think the Infoloom mod allows to see a breakdown of jobs, there is a new working version

the option to adjust train models doesnt show up for me. Is that a mod?

Yeah, it's either one of two from PDX Mods store. 'Tigon's Rail Infrastructure Pack' adds smaller diesel trains, and 'Train Variation Asset Pack' includes the rest.
