Fun fact: You can reset Eddie by leaving the screen without picking up the item or letting it disappear. A different one will come out. This makes Skull Man a great place to farm for E-Tanks. 2 are immediately available and you can reset Eddie until he gives you one.

Your attention to detail makes me happy. Diveman, despite being a submarine robot, was programmed (?) with a crippling flaw: he gets seasick. So, it's not that much of a jump to think that he could get _motion sick,_ too. Seriously, you have no idea how happy something so small makes me. :) Also, the first one was more _original,_ yes, because it hadn't been done yet. Whether or not the first one was _funnier,_ though, is really up to the viewer, hey? Me, personally? I was super-excited for this one, and it surpassed my expectations! ❤️

1:06 Mega Man 4 seems to have a TON of unused concepts, like this one where Pharaoh Man was supposed to punch Mega Man after he obtains Pharaoh Shot from him (replicating the infamous scene from the Ruby-Spears cartoon) but the sprites aren’t loaded correctly and stop at a frame, and the voice clip (“Now I’ve got your power!”) was originally going to be just a text box instead, before being cut due to space/licensing issues. 2:08 There was originally supposed to be a boxing match based on Punch Out!! in Mega Man 4 as a gag, but it was cut due to graphical limitations and little space. The audience and top half of the boxing ring sprites took up 75% of the space, while the audio a whole 25%, explaining why it was unfinished. 2:48 Also, there was supposed to be a cockroach boss in the same vain as the joke boss in Kirby Super Star, but again, it was scrapped. This time, because it couldn’t be shot normally with a special weapon, and it has an instant kill attack. 3:25 Apparently one of the Battletoads was supposed to appear as a guest appearances in Toad Man’a stage. His sprites are complete, and even his moveset was faithfully re-created. It seems he was scrapped due to licensing issues, but was coded just in case Capcom was allowed to use him.
