Ok here's my opinion: this was silly, clever, funny, nicely done. However the biggest issue for me is that nothing in here is specific to mario except the pipe at the start/end. This could have easily just been one of those parody megaman speedrun videos with megaman instead of mario Also not sure if the framerate is intentional but if so... why? This is clearly made with a great animation program, I see no need to match the 15fps(or whatever) to fit the original game

Retardio, Luigi, Meggy, Saiko, SMG4, Tari. Everyone takes a boss. Tari gets Elecman, Meggy gets Iceman, Saiko gets Gutsman, Luigi gets Cutman (and he's the Peter Lorre-inspired Cutman from the cartoons), Mario gets Fireman, and SMG4 gets Bombman. Each one gets their power. They then all face Wily, but he turns out to be E Gadd having an old man tantrum, feeling like he's been sidelined and forgotten. After busting up his mech, Mario reminds him that he is indeed an old man that smells and gets them in trouble, and they HAVE forgotten him. Saiko corrects Mario with a mallet-slam that squashes him into a pancake, while Meggy and Luigi apologise to E Gadd and remind him that Mario is a retard. SMG4 says something about trying to include him in the future. Then Kevin and Luke proceed to give him nothing but a single cameo for two years.

On Pinterest for me, Mario was given his own custom-made Mega Man style sprites and I think that should have been used instead of his sprite here. I also don't know why SM64 voice clips of him were done instead of him being used in a different way with different quotes of him used. I love. the fact that he used his particular weapon from his own counterpart for at least 1 time when he fought against Bobby But for me, I would change the colors on him to be his original coloration, but the shades are darker to mimic humidity bolts and nitro bolts respectively.

Funny thing is I had a conversation about this a few years ago and we decided that Mario would probably have an easy time of it. Robots cannot harm humans--even Dr. Wily's own creations follow those laws. (That's actually what sets X and Zero apart from Robot Masters--they COULD harm humans, but choose not to.) Dr. Wily canonically doesn't even want Dr. Light harmed, he wants him humilated and beaten. Mario on the other hand, well even if he doesn't have access to all his power-ups, he's EXCEPTIONALLY athletic. I mean just look at 1994 Donkey Kong on the Game Boy, dude's a damn ninja. So while he's flying all over the place stomping on robots, the most they can do in return is try to capture him. And trying to capture someone who's fighting back, without being permitted to injure them, is practically impossible. Even police don't have those restrictions, they can tackle your ass and call EMS later to remove the cactus that you landed dick-first on. MM1 robot masters, Guts Man is the only one who could've really stood a chance since he could tank Mario's stomps and just grab him and hold him still. All the other MM1 robot masters had lethal weapons.
