what do you mean I was meant to concrete shot the lava beams? I came here because I thought the solution was Rush Jet and I just wanted to double check. Who would ever think to do that? The game never indicates that you can do that. This is perhaps the worst gimmick in a Mega Man game because it comes out of nowhere.

I mean you can freeze fire beams in Mega Man 1 with Ice Slasher, and the same with Ice wave in mega man 8. it's not completely out of no where.

@@PoipoleBoi there is a difference between freezing the lava in Junk Man's stage in Mega Man 7 with Freeze Cracker, and *SOLIDIFYING LAVA WITH LIQUID CONCRETE* at least freezing Lava and the Fire Pillars in MM1's Wily Stage One with ice weapons makes sense in Cartoon Logic, the only way you would know what to do is if you play Magma Man's stage after Concrete Man and tried to make a concrete block during the Lava Pillar section. It's so far out of left field for this game specifically that I'm shocked it even made it into the final level design.

Yeah my point still stands. A tiny ice projectile is just as stupid, idk why this even matters, you can still use rush coil/jet as the lava pillars are designed to be using weapons for. It's not like concrete shot is the only way to tackle it so idk why its such a big deal

Had to watch this to even understand what i was even supposed to do in the room with the 3 fire geyser things that shoot from left to right. I wouldve never figured out that you were supposed to turn them into concrete.

Wow the first level is so nicely designed.. it has mechanics where you really need to use a lot of the special weapons.

Real nice of Nintendo to let this game be on PS3. And 360. And PS4, and Xbox One, and PC. Real shame Capcom didn't hold on to the license, though.
