idk if my copy is broken or something but there are sometimes when i can use this glich but other times i just cant i cant figure out why thats happening

If by "other times [you] just can't" you mean sometimes nothing spawns at all, I think I ran into the same thing. I was able to get around it by bugging Jungle with Tango (lotto code 10170506) and not using SneakRun at all. Same overall effect.
