Here's an improvement to the BugFrag farming method in Undernet2. Set TwnFng1/2/3 as your Regular Chip (13/26/39 MB), and enable Patch Card 045 for Default Full Synchro (address 0C). You'll be able to delete both viruses immediately without breaking the battle green mystery data, by dealing 2x70 / 2x100 / 2x130 damage, exactly enough for each playthrough!

Btw, Untrap will work until you Jack Out. So you can use Untrap and run around the net, and it still work.

Yes but as I mentioned in the video if you're not in your first playthrough the enemies will have more HP so you can't delete them as quickly if doing anything involving battle farming.
