CutMan to the Copy Robot: "A clone of me?! He's really well made!" And here I thought ElecMan was the only narcissistic Robot Master. EDIT: I've just noticed CutMan's pose on the title screen, and how he tries to imitate MegaMan's pose on the original first game's title screen. And I had also noticed how utterly shocked CutMan is upon seeing MegaMan reprogrammed by Wily. There's this headcanon, that says MegaMan and CutMan used to be rather close to each other compared to MegaMan and the other Robot Masters. I guess this shows why that headcanon became so popular.

By the way, Cut Man's theme from Powered Up returned in the third part of my SMC Adventure trilogy. It returned in 1-3 of SMCA3: The Finał Straw Still, Cut Man is one of my favorite Robot Masters from this game. And his Japanese voice is even cute than the English. He really sounds like a child in that version. And his death cry I think it sounds even more scarier than here. It sounds like this: "OOWAYEEEEOOOOOOOOW" And Ice Man's sounds like this: "YOLOLOTATETARIMASUUUU!"
