Here is my idea,CandleMan ! His stage would be some kind of dark ruin-cave , with candles that light up the place when you shoot at them,that can reveal hidden enemies. CandleMan himself would be preety big. He would have two tiny Red legs with grey boots as feet, a round,big, Red body, two Red flame-shaped shoulders, four thin arms with big, grey gloved hands, a grey miner helmet with a big, yellow luminous eye as head and an enormous backpack full of dynamite candles. His main forms of attacking would be rolling against you and throwing big dynamite candles, but eventually, He could jump and fall against you holding an enormous dynamite candle, causing a big explosion.

I've made a lot too, here's an example Mammoth Man, you fight on ice with two slopes on the sides, he jumps around and tries to crush you because he is pretty big, when he jumps he's in the sky so you have to get away from his shadow, after landing the top of him opens up and you shoot the actual robot master who is a small robot with one eye, using his abilities let's you stomp your feet and shake the ground which makes rocks fall, and makes you heavier so you'll jump lower and sink in the water

My robot master would be waffle man he shoots waffles and when he gets hit he sprays syrup everywhere!

Mine would be Ghost Man. The stage would take place in a robotic haunted house. And his weapon would be freezing enemies in a short radius by fear and slowly damaging them for a few seconds until either they are destroyed or the timer runs out. You’d get 14 uses with a full energy bar too.
