What is this shining layer around Dr.Wily's Death machine about? Distracting to me. Also, why is the soundtrack not simply looping? There must have been an option for that in the software used. The level structure seems a bit convoluted for my taste. But thanks for trying to redo the Mega Man Scramble. A nice attempt I'd say.
