I decided to give the Gigacrush corruption glitch a try on the GameCube X Collection because it looked easy enough. Despite being a port and not emulation, it has the exact same corruption outcomes.

Nice video, well done. 2 additions: 1: you can softlock the game if you do the giga crush attack on the serges bossdoor in ch2 2: you can use neons to go out of bounce. For example at the start of ch1. But this only leads to a corner with a wall. but you see a glitched enemy there

My favorite MMX2 glitch is if you try to finish off Wheel Gator with a Giga Crush when he's hungry, he can EAT the whole attack and become immortal. Don't know if he can eat the attack if he has more health though, but it was funny when I encountered it.

2:10 I think you mean 'antagonist' rather then 'protagonist'. Good stuff though. Also fun fact: that actually IS Magna Centipede's stage. If you pick his stage after dealing with the boss rematches, you'll still get the cutscene with Sigma.

I never knew that you could go to Magna Centipede's level to fight Sigma. I was pretty surprised when he showed up instead of the sword miniboss. Password if anyone wants to try it without going through the Maverick Stages: 6474 6557 6788 7223

As legendary as the original Megaman X is, I always thought X2 was better in every way. Better powers, better secrets, more mobility. Even the music kicks more ass, especially Zero's theme

you can't because it requires speed burner. counter hunters can't be in already completed stages.

In short, it is possible to get there just by using air dash, its not necessary to use Neon Jump (yes, that would be another way to get there), just climb that wall on the right before air dash to the left and reach the stairs.
