I notice you've added some PSG to thicken the soundscape. You also changed the texture and boosted the volume of that beastly lead guitar. Subtle, but it makes a difference that quite easily makes me prefer this revision to the previous version as it is less underwhelming. Much more fitting for the raw power of Magna Centipede's theme! (Oh! You also have a typo. Just change "Magma" to "Magna" and you should be golden!) I see you're working hard with these subtle modifications. (You truly are a perfectionist!) Good work!

***** The PSG was actually there the whole time in the original mix, it was just mastered so badly that you could barely hear it lol. I think it was an issue with my speakers that I can only now hear because I have new ones. Annoying, but better late than never I guess. I just wish they didnt have so many views cause I wanna delete them they dont represent the quality I want to present to YT :(

Do what you can to inform them and provide reasoning for your decision. Keep the old videos up but link these new versions in their descriptions. Heck, put your reasoning in the comments of the old videos; that should hopefully attract their attention. Just do what ya can, man.
