Mega Man X7 Any% Speedrun in

so this run was unfortunate lol
Barely saved time on boarski, having 20 to save, pretty bad stage and boss rng
Stonekong stage wasn't stellar either
And lost all my time in the last 2 mavs because of VERY dumb mistakes
On the other hand, RNG from Red onwards, was really good, which is exactly why this run was unfortunate, def should've been 56:4x if not for my dumb mistakes, there's plenty to improve in this game,

How do you slash cancel with Zero in the 3d segments, like at 3:18?

In 2D sections, you can attack and then crouch to cancel the animation. In 3D sections, you attack and then dash afterwards
