I'll lease you individual lots like this for 200K per month to build your monstrosity with an increase of 2% every 5 years to a maximum of 400K per month. At 400K, I'll give you a buying option at cost, plus inflation. You'll own the home you build but lease the land until cost reaches 400K. We'll also do an HOA of an additional 20K per month to make sure that the property is upkept. If you have 60M to spend on a summer home, this should be pocket change for you.
