MEGA RARE Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon?

Honestly jsut throwing this up as a hail mary. I couldn't find information about this card online or much about this affect being on cards other than some from certain other sets. Namely Starlight Rare and Collectors Rare.
I have looked around and couldn't find much about this kind of rare and suspect it to be either a misprint or a fake card. I got it from my family home and it had been sat in a cupboard since roughly 2007 if the card tin i got with them means anything.
Any information on this card would be very helpful as I am confused. Thank you for watching this very random video from an almost dead channel.
