Top coat + paint

It's easy spray with clear coat, do 3 layers maybe, and then polish with very fine sand paper and water and after that you use a fibre polishing, it's like fluffy and soft like wool and will make the shine pop.... Also you can polish multiple times just don't get too aggressive or you will just go through the clear coat and start scraping the paint layer.
