Hindi din pala kailangan sa ground or bigger pot for them to thrive. You also just have then on your porch. Naka inspire.

Tama procedure ni Sen. Kiko pag planting dapat walang gloves para feel na feel ang pagtatanim. Mayroon din po akong mga Bougainvillea sa bahay iba-ibang kulay. May Whutr, Orange, Red at Pink. Naghahanap na lang ako ng Yellow.

Advice ko lang as fellow urban farmer mas maganda po kung ibabad muna ang seeds. Mapapabilis ang germination nito. Ang kamatis, talong, sili mas malakas bumunga kapag summer or maaraw. Kapag dinidiligan, importante na malaman na ayaw nito na nababasa ang dahon. Dapat diretso sa lupa/ugat ang pagdidilig nito. Kapag nagtatanim, maganda din na iconsider ang season. May mga gulay tulad ng mga green beans, peas na madali na tanimin at madali magbunga at mataas ang tolerance sa maulan na panahon. Masarap ihalo sa sabaw ang green beas at ang peas naman kahit igisa lang ito na may bagoong pwede ng ulam! Ang patatas din po madali tanimin at meron ka ng ani sa loob ng 12 weeks. Ayaw lang nito ng sobrang tubig. Ang gamit ko para sa compost ay coffee grounds na nakukuha sa coffee shop for free (starbucks), mga balat ng prutas na kinain namin at egg shells. Mataas ang mga mineral na magiging beneficial sa soil na tataniman. Kung wala sa budget ang pataba, pwede ito gawin at makakabawas pa ng waste sa kusina. It is also worth mentioning that in nature the smaller a fruit or vegetable is- the more flavorful and nutritionally- dense it is! Kaya nga sa pamilya ng sili, kapag maliit- Mas maanghang! Kaya kahit maliit lang ang bunga, wag ma-alarma dahil tiyak ito na masustansya at malasa! Meron din epekto ang tap water sa pagdidilig lalo na kapag treated o "chlorinated". Mas maganda to let the water sit for 24 to 48 hours bago gamitin na pandilig. Pero kung malakas naman ang root system at soil ng tanim, minsan okay lang.
