Sharon's Three-Cheese Sardine Pasta Recipe | The Sharon Cuneta Show

I know you've been waiting for me to cook for all of you and tonight, I'd like to welcome everyone to "Spinkie's Kitchen."

Sharon's Three-Cheese Sardine Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
macaroni pasta
coconut oil or preferred oil
2 cans of sardines
garlic
onions
1 can of whole tomatoes
anchovies
black olives
basil
capers
parmesan cheese
cheddar cheese
mozzarella cheese
all purpose cream (optional)
RECIPE:
1. Cook the pasta. Follow package instructions.
2. For the sauce: In a medium sauce pan, pour a spoonful of extra virgin coconut oil or your preferred oil.
3. Sauté deboned sardines in low heat. Set the sauce aside.
4. Add garlic, onions, and leftover sauce. Let it simmer.
5. In a separate bowl, crush whole chunks of canned tomatoes.
6. Add tomatoes in the pan.
7. Mix the sliced olives and basil.
8. Taste and adjust to your liking.
9. Add anchovies. Mix well.
10. Mix the sauce with the pasta.
11. Add capers.
12. Add parmesan and cheddar cheese.
13. Add all-purpose cream.
14. Transfer to a serving dish.
15. Top if off with mozzarella.

Thanks so much for your comments, my YT family! Huwag kayo matakot magbawas ng ingredients kung di kaya ng budget! Kahit walang capers, anchovies (patis okay na if you like tapos konting-konting kalamansi lang o suka pero di na kailangan dahil sa kamatis!) at olives tapos isang klase lang ng murang cheese at don’t forget the sugar paggamit ng 1 lata lang ng canned tomatoes. Pag tunay na kamatis wala halos juice. Pag tomato sauce puede din pero may sauce na yung sardines kulang sa texture pag tomato sauce lang!) Basta okay sa panlasa nyo okay na yon! Don’t let the budget stop you from enjoying this dish that you can make in your own way!❤️🙏🏻😊
