The bit about the doxxing is depressing. One of my favorite things about Mega64 is that you've always mocked the self-seriousness of gamers. I used to laugh about it when I would read stuff like the reader mail sections of EGM (they would usually mock them, too) or listen to GFW radio. I hope you guys don't shy away from merchandise, videos, or material that mocks that particular segment of gamers because it is worth doing like Garrett said.

Personally, my favorite Mega64 Day segment was when they would just play old videos and watch it together and give some commentary and stories. It was such a simple and fun part of the show that I'm surprised they only did it twice. Last time was in 2019 or 2020 I think?

I actually really liked the shirt ranking segment because I thought it showed how much you guys actually really care and love about what you do, and that this merch isn’t just an afterthought to you. Everyone remembered behind the scenes details on the creation of each one and even specific details on the printing processes or materials used on each one. It exemplified the thought you put into each product to begin with, especially considering that you recalled those facts so many years later. I avoid the online discussions so they are mostly out of sight and out of mind for me, I guess I had no idea so many people had a problem with that segment. Can’t say I get it though. I found it insightful and I enjoyed watching it. I also had no idea how severely some people were (over) reacting to the Gamer Rights shirt and I’m genuinely sorry to hear about it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Rocco look so genuinely upset as he did when discussing that situation. Man idk why some people have to suck the fun out of everything good in life.

For what it's worth I dont feel like the shirt ranking was as big of a disaster as you guys thought it was. Tier lists in general will spark debate and upset people who disagree with how you rank stuff; I'm guilty of it too. Which is why I tend to avoid watching tier list videos. I would definitely be on board with you all running through the history of your merch. Maybe a multi-part series so that you guys don't get burnt out trying to cover it all at once.

Everyone who got upset about the shirt rankings are clearly not Graphic Designers. We’re trained very early on to take harsh criticism, and to separate ourselves from the art we make for clients. There’s no way to know how a design will go. You make stuff and move on. Meg is a true designer and had no problem ranking her own stuff low.
