It's a very sensitive topic for young architects, and it's very heart-wrenching and depressive when you realize that even though there's a Council that existed to protect your rights. but still, you're unable to prove to the client why you're charging a particular amount for a given service...if you notice that, those contractors, are earning more than one architect. It's not enough so civil engineers are hi-jacking the projects from architects in small cities and rural areas and yet The Council of Architecture has not bothered those things ...We must come together to protect our professional identity and uniqueness. The council must have to amend the laws to decide the architect's duty which must be provided by An architect and not by any civil engineer. and second, to decide the exact service charges one for all .
