Architecture firms are mostly under partnership or proprietorship. LLP has few compliance factors. Unless you have a good turnover of more than 2cr a year...LLP is not recommended

An Architecture firm can only be owned by a licensed Architect by COA. You cannot own an Architecture Furm if you don't have a COA no. You can still open a turnkey construction or Interior work firm and keep doing Direct construction project in EPC mode

No you cannot use the title of Architect unless you have a 5 years degree and a registration from COA

Only students who have qualified the JEE Mains are allowed to sit for JEE Advanced. If a student wants to join B.Arch in IIT Kahargpur and IIT Roorkee , you have to first clear JEE Mains Parer 1 (not Paper 2 ; Paper 2 is only for admission to B.Arch in NITs and SPAs). Also, Only those candidates who would have given B. Arch program (available at IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee) as one of their choices while filling their choices will be eligible to take the Architecture Aptitude Test.

Architecture me ek new amendment banaya jaye 2021 me "Architects & Architectural work with Interiors amendment act" 1)Architectural practice sirf Architect hi kar skta h. 2) Interior designing sirf ek Architect hi kar skta h. 3) Registered ho Architecture council se. 4)Architects & interiors Architects ke alawa agr koi yeh profession krta h usko Panlty & Saza ka rule hona chahiye. 5) Without Architecture degree ke jo Architect ka office kholta h uska office seal karke uska panlty with jail ka rule hona chahiye. 6) Architect Consultancy fees honi chahiye( at the time of first meeting). 7) Planning aur designing ke fees & charges ki surity milni chahiye. 8) Jo client Architect ke final payment naa de uske liye section ke under panlty aur jail ka rule hona chahiye. 9) Architect students bhi yeh kaam nahi karege uske liye bhi rule ho...jo karega ussi time uska enrollment cancel kro. 10) civil Engineer, Structure engineer & draftsman agr iss kaam ko karte paye gaye unka license cancel krke...penalty & jail ka rule.. 11)doctors ki trah Architect bhi apne posters & boards jagah jagah laga skte ho...aur advertisement TV aur news channel bhi kar skte ho. 12)Aur bhi strong acts & bar laws hone chahiye jisse yeh Architecture field mazboot ho sake.
