Ah memories of me during my National Express days. When I use to do the 421 Night Car (London VCS-Blackpool Central Coach Station & Vice Versa) I use to come in & out of VCS the same way as the Megabus did (sometimes dove along the Kings Road which you can fit a 15 metre Plaxton Elite Tri-Axle & also had to stop at Heathrow Airport to pick up/drop off pax). Also, whenever doing a 540 which didn’t involve having to go to & from Golders Green or Milton Keynes & the M1, I use to come into & out of London via the M40/M25/M4 & along the A4 Great West Road, Hammersmith Flyover, Talgarth Road & either past Harrods or the Kings Road whichever I felt like & as Kong there was no heavy traffic & got to my destination on time 👍🏼
