With the swords they sell you either have to take it immediately to your car/ out of the con after buying or sometimes they’ll hold it for you at the vendor until you leave

We were there Saturday and I worked a booth on Sunday. Saturday was INSANE!! Soooo many people woooo...it was tough to get through the crowds. I did do some meet and greets and a few autographs. I met Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Martin Kove, Steve Burns, Mark-Paul Gosslear and Carl Weathers. There were so many others I would have loved to have met but the buckage was tight lol. I did get to meet Neve Campbell last year and a convention. She was so sweet❤️We will definitely be back next year but I think we're going to do 2 days instead of 1 because we didn't even scratch the surface on seeing a lot of the vendors or displays. It was a great time! Huge hugs and love to you guys xoxo.

Hey, Tim. The orange-domed droid is Chopper from Rebels; he’s notoriously a bratty droid with very erratic motivations. Also, the two-legged, crate-shaped droids are “Gonk” droids (pretty sure a Gronk is a football player lol). No shame in confusing a few bits of lore in one of the largest franchises, I do recommend maybe seeing if Jackson likes Rebels in a few years bc it’s a great family show to watch together.

Re weapons - I am someone who works weapon and security check at conventions. I don't know how they do it over in the US, but in Germany, we, the security, pick up the weapons from the vendors and people get a number and then they can pick up the weapon they purchased from our stand. (Where we also hold the cosplayers props or weapons that weren't okay)

Megacon was fun, but Ive moved on to Spooky Empire. I highly recommend checking that event out. One is in May, but the main event is during October. Its fantastic and has much nicer people and vendors.
