The story behind this song is a really good one. Megadeth references schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, and mental health more than once in their songs. He wrote this song about what it was like to live in your head with mental health issues. This song was huge in the early 1990s.

I got this song on CD when I was younger, my daughter lover Megadeth as a kid. This song as well as Symphony of destruction and Count down to extinction. Eminem, ICP, Pantera and Slipknot were often in the car as well.
