marty is just like eddie van halen where lots of people can play his stuff, but you can just hear plain as day when it's not actually him playing. there's just such a distinct nuance to how he plays. it's not just the bends and vibrato. it's how he shreds (I know he hates that term), but also lets the solo breath and soar.
