Megadeth has NO bad album, really... Every album is different and I love it. And some say Dave can't sing? He wasn't even supposed to be a lead singer in the first place, remember? And yet, before he got singing pro-lessons, he was nailing as feck!

Megadeth was untouchable from 1990- 1997 I feel like Dave fired Nick and the band went on a steady decline after his departure. But slowly came back to the top after all that drama in the early 2000’s

What about Risk? Wouldn't say that was heavier than Cryptic Writings, dude
@cleoz92749 жыл бұрын
Christopher Hargreaves Risk (to me at least) was bullcrappish glam rock ballad type of nonsense. By 'pop' I mean taking into account that they're still a metal band. And Cryptic Writings was, for me at least, the most melodic, memorable in terms of lyrics and soulful (if you will), hard rock album of the 90's. One of those albums you remember a lot of lyrics to decades later, and they make you insanely nostalgic. No other Megadeth album (not even Rust in Peace) does that to me. But again, this may be highly opinionated and subjective.
