Hearing this makes me wonder how other songs from that earthbound tribute album would sound with live instrumentals. I love how this track starts with the "giyg strikes back!" track from the original earthbound intro. Granted, it said "the war against Giygas!" in the localization but I'm almost certain the choice there was intentional. I like how this cover finds a way to emulate the "slot machine noises" from the original.
