I like how Megaloman and Ultraman even gave eachother the Dutch and Dillion epic handshake from The Predator film, when they beat the 2 kaijus. "Megaloman you son of a b!tch"....Ultraman commences handshake that is so epic is shakes the earth.

I've been watching your videos for a while and always appreciate the research that goes into detailing the behind the scenes of these series and your willingness to cover the major franchises as well as older, obscure shows. Megaloman's a really interesting show to me for the monster designs and how it takes cues from Ultraman but also Super Sentai in its human-sized action. Kyodai heroes are my favourite subgenre of tokusatsu. It's too bad only Ultraman keeps it alive today because the 1970s gave us so many unique offerings.

Another awesome episode man! I absolutely love Megaloman, I really like the featured kaiju. One thing I realized is at 4:09 that the picture is of Bombaron and Burrigane. However this is not your fault, because the wikis containing info on these characters list Burrigane as Suidras for some accidental reason. Now there is a kaiju named Suidras but he’s a different kaiju in the series. I always referred to him as Suidras until I binged Megaloman and saw that his name was Burrigane. So “Suidras” is actually Burrigane. But anyways great work man! Love your videos💪🏻

The Megaroman has the most cool and unique design like a Kabuki. The series has a team of 5 heroes which where spandex which look very pre Gekiranger design!!!

The on-the-ground team aspect of Megaloman is one that usually gets lost against the backdrop of Megaloman and his fights against his giant monster enemies. It is a very fun element of the series though.

not sure it is unintentional but Go Nagai's Jushin Liger almost resembles Megaloman by design granted Liger is more of a bio-mechanical giant mech rather than a kyodai hero.

great video but just so you know the word corps is pronounce like core not corpse. the marine corps is the marine core not marine corpse. you done pronounce the p and the s in the word corps.
