The excavator should NEVER have to wait for the truck to back under it. The trucks should be ready when the next truck pulls out.

1st thing that kills me is where is the immediate response for the next truck? One pulls out one pull in. 2nd thing why is your equipment not lubed? I shouldn't hear any squeaking of anything mechanical besides the hum of the engines and the moving of the tracks. 3rd why is the equipment covered in soot, my mine requires a weekly spray down of each equipment with degreaser if it has sprung a leak in the past it will better be seen on bright yellow than on the black. 4th, top off, no matter how much you think your loads full make it the biggest. Your dailies will increase per ton quota without too much effort.

Capitalists care about one thing, profit and one of these machines breaking down is a drop in the ocean for them, to them replacing it probably cheaper than to have maintenance. Such it is.

Loading trucks to far away closer the better. In the coal when we double bench we load 45 degree on the teeth close as possible till the end of the cut they reverse square on the idler. Our bench gets cut to a L shape reach as far out as the machine can dig.

That machine needs WAY,WAY more undercarriage than what it has. It looks highly unstable.
