There's not much to say about Megaman V's soundtrack. I thought it was decent, but its better then 4 and 6 imo.

my chemistry teacher was the one who invented gyro man, he sent capcom a character design after making the megaman 4 world record and they refused it they said they dont take fan made stuff, and then when the game was released they had gyro man in it, but he never complained.

By the way, i remember Playing Megaman 5 when i was 9 or 10, i don't remember well. The nintendo wasn't even mine, was property of my cousin. The few moments that i played the game i was the happiest person in the world. Crazy boy you might say, but not the ones who had their times of their lives playing megaman while being a kid.

Sometimes I think Wave Man has the best theme of all of the classic MM games. It seems that MM5's soundtrack isn't loved by many.

Mega Man 5 has the most solid OST hands down. Mega Man 3 and 2 both have a few amazing tracks, but overall, I'd pick MM5 if I had to choose just ONE to listen to.

Yeah... This is the only Megaman I owned, so it's the one I played the most, thus the most memorable and the most I am fond of (if that's correctly spelled). But I'm not too sure if I feel it's too different from the others. Megaman 2 was the first I ever played, so it's memorable for me as well.

@ambience4life it's actually not much work to do it yourself....search for the .nsf for the megaman game of your choice (normally not much harder than finding a rom), load it into an emulator, and record the songs, using the emulator, yourself. I did this with Castlevania 3 and MM5--both soundtracks sound great like this!

Oh I have man, I listen to all of the 8-bit MM sound tracks often since I have a playlist of them, but 6 doesn't quite cut it for me. I love Yamato Man's theme and Mister X is undoubtedly my fave end boss theme, (maybe even fave theme overall) but after that I feel there is a drop off. I value your opinion though and thank you for responding to me, but I just don't feel that way currently. Maybe someday. Peace.

mm5 ost was very good but i wouldnt say it was better than 4's i actually enjoyed mm4 ost more. mm2 and mm3 soundtracks is still my favorite of the series

Mega Man V soundtrack was awesome. It was actually WAYYY better than MM4 in musically and plotwise as well. I love the plot for MM5, brother vs. brother and Dr. Light kidnapped and Mega Man showing some geniune emotion
