This is a solid cust! I would say this is one of the more standard ones I've personally really liked using hubbatch as my giga chip so I can use beat & tango over the atk/speed/charge/custom2 Tango & Beat have saved me a lot of games!

you find it in central area 1 net cafe you have to keep buying coffee throughout the game to eventually have them drop it for you

strictly speaking you need to read all the advice he gives along with the coffee. The advice is not missable but is unlocked gradually throughout the game.

you can do what DG said in the comments OR you can do it in one seating, just keep buying coffee from the netcafe in central area 1. Takes around maybe like 10 cups of coffee ish.

How to turn the programs?

If you don't know yet you need the spin program that corresponds to the navicust program that you're trying to rotate. A couple are available through Numberman codes and the others you get through mystery data in different areas, ACDC Area being one of them. The Rockman Exe Zone has a page on the Navi Customizer for each of the games that covers where to find these and every program in the games! I would link the one for BN6 but I know youtube isn't a fan of links being shared
