I love the boss battle music. It fits very well and sounds cool and militant.

Mylodon: an extinct, herbivore south-american relative of the sloth and the armadillo (gets me surprised that these two are related), known to have an extremelly thick osteodermis (boneskin), also it could stand bipedal and become a towering 3 meters tall monster.

this bosses moves looks like alot of the bosses moves from the other megaman games EX: when this boss shoots straight forward which is called the "missle salvo" looks like the little ice dude from megaman zero 3

Yet the way it forces the player to dodge, and how it uses to keep the player at bay, is very interesting. There are few moments in which an attack can be made, unlike the original games.

You know who the final boss I think should be in this game? I think it should be bass the reason well lets be honest here who here has ever wanted to fight bass as playing as either x or zero I mean it would be cool like if bass is outdated but is powerful because sigma did something to his body (I'm not saying sigma should be in here I'm saying that if there is text they should mention him and probably mention Dr wily)

It was the first Boss Theme. It was used as a Sub-Boss Theme some years later, and it was replaced by a new version recently.

In going off one of the Facebook posts a while back, I'm guessing that rocket attack Milodon used here is the move he gains if you don't go after him quick enough/he succeeds in his directives? Then again, considering when this video was uploaded, I'm wondering if that feature was planned to be implemented in this game by then - and if it was, there's always the possibility this wasn't Milodon's "upgraded mode" (with the exception of the S-Class battle seen here).

I always wonder why when you beat a boss Megaman just harness a portion of the enemies abilities not all. What I mean is with a boss it would have two special attacks like for this boss he has homing missiles and some kind of circle attacks but when you beat it X gets only homing missile why not all the other attacks I always wonder about that

It was before then. This video was uploaded in November 2011, while the other one was uploaded in February 2016. Plus, X and Zero have a new set of sprites (which are based on the ones from X4-X6) in the latter video, whereas this one re-uses the ones from X1-X3.

Please make it so that there's a difficulty lvl which is REALLY hard. Maybe boss answers a bit more randomly to your actions, do a lot more of damage and don't get stuck into attack loops. I really love megaman X games, but I can finish most of them without taking a single hit using buster... please make a HARD HARD option. Thank you, I'm watching every video since like 6 years ago, I'll wait as long as it takes to play this game! GJ!

When bosses have stun time when taking damage, it cheeses the fight. It should only happen if you use the weakness. Most Mavericks don't get stunned by regular shots.
