I had a really comfortable time in this game until I faced this guy. His bomb attack I wasn't ready for.

I'm not sure how obvious it is but that damb bomb attack is homing and hits you even if you jump, on top of that the boat drifting from side to side makes it like an ice rink, saving Captain Hook from all of your combos, while also pushing him towards you when you're not doing anything, it's like he's got his own gravitational pull. And if you don't have high HP for this fight he can easily kill you with one of his combos, and finally whenever he uses just one card he gets two attacks in, this fight is hellish levels of unfair if you haven't levelled up HP.

@@DreamerFromTheDepths true, im doing my 6th playthrough and im doing a low hp run and goddamm, i got so close, only to get bombed so many times. it also doesnt help that i didnt get many bounty cards to rng manipulate.

I can't express with words how much I hate this boss, it's simply annoying the fact that you can barely move in this battle field.

Tiu Geno Those were the only two bosses I liked, because I actually had to think about what I was doing and not just spam elemental raids.

He's also got two bonus cards, he starts with random values and ends with second chance...Second chance for the boss in the boss fight, against the most difficult boss in the game.

What is the point of 0 cards

0 cards counter everything else in the game, thus cancelling an enemy's sleights and preventing them from doing damage.

But they are also beaten by any other card if you play them first. They have a kind of duality to them
