I have this kit in my backlog and the reasonable amount of accessories are a nice change of pace, especially for Koto. I tend to not display most of my kits fully armed/armored (plus some designs are physically incapable of using all their accessories at once), so a lot of the time I feel really bored towards the end of a build assembling accessories that I never plan to use.

Some people cut through the stickers to use them as masking templates, they come very in handy

Haha I literally just finished this kit 2 days ago and was wondering whether you would review it. Sucks that there is very little white on the kit where it should be. I've had to try and color the shield and I may attempt some of the limbs but I'm afraid to mess up with my Gundam marker. Still not very good at paint application.

Loved the design of the kit but the reason I skipped this one was because of the horrible weapon color accuracy, it was so close to being not an eyesore

Yeah, the accessories being one color is super low effort. If it looked even close to the way the promo pics do, it'd have been an easy purchase.

The weapons are suppose to be magenta, not red... Looking at in game references, only the costume is suppose to be red since it's labeled Ace V.

I can't tell if Kotobukiya pays him, or if he's just that big of a fanboy. When Bandai has color correcting stickers, it's the end of the world, but KB does it and it looks good! These kits are too expensive for that kind of shit to be acceptable on such a prominent piece.

Unfortunately Kotobukiya doesn’t pay me. But I also wouldn’t say that I make stickers on Bandai kits out to be the end of the world. It’s about perspective and expectations. Koto and Bandai work in different ways and much different scales. For me personally stickers on any kit aren’t that big of a deal, but I know that when reviewing Gunpla I’m speaking to that particular audience and many more people in that audience do care more about stickers. From my experience
