Its a deck I currently play - Its especially use full against stall tactics. If I run into Mewtwo its a very potent combination if I use Sabrina to disrupt their plan.

You probably don't see it often because people want to run the decks that have easier wins - Charizard EX, Mewtwo EX, Pikachu EX, and to an extent Misty gambling decks. People generally don't want to play the grindy games that come with Weezing/Arbok, but it works well. Blaine Box is another example of a deck that's fairly strong in the ladder that you don't see that often. It gets merced by the water decks but can fight above it's weight class against Mewtwo EX, Pikachu EX, and stalling grass decks.

Holy shit. First time playing this deck. I flipped 4 heads in a row on Pincurchin, flipped tails once, but slept them with Hypno. They flipped tails and then I saw the "Waiting for player to return" alert LOL.

Muk team next, please. It seems like it could synergize well with either Weezing or Nidoking, but I'd be down to see it with anything you think would pair well. It can set its own poison with Grimmer so maybe you don't really need a Weezing or Nidoking at all.

I use 1 copy of each of the Muk line in my Weezing/Arbok deck, just because it's a lot of fun. I don't think you can build a good deck completely centered on Muk, the card is only slightly good at getting you the last prize point, it requires set up and it can't sweep.

I played against a very annoying variation of this deck but instead of sleep/paralysis it was sleep/energy disruption. Replacing Zapdos and Pincurchin with Jynx and Fearow. I decided to give it a try myself since the match lasted an eternity and I saw most of the deck. Very coin flip dependent but very obnoxious if successful.

Gengar is hard to run. The most consistent Gengar (EX) play I can personally manage is with 1 or 2 Hypno on the bench sleeping the opponent while 1 or 2 Gastly is built into Gengar. Once it's out it goes crazy, but you have to kinda get lucky.

Was using Hypno in my Mewtwo ex deck with Gardevoir and Jynx (mainly because I haven't pulled a 2nd Gardevoir) and it has helped so much against Charizard ex decks. If you get a Jynx off spawn pulls with Mewtwo it's great for stalling but I find it very hard to pull Raltz and Kirlia and always get Gardevoir before the other two. But when it gets going its really toxic, Mewtwo in the active spot, chance to put them to sleep with Hypno, constantly gaining energy with Gardevoir, it feels so good to be in control of the battle.

I prefer to run this with Frostmoth and Gyrados. Guaranteed sleep while building up Gyrados, plus it uses only 3 diamond cards. Throw in some Misty's for even more coin-flipping.

I would luv get my hands on Hypnos. Atm my only pokemons for CC decks are: EX Wigglytuff, Frosmoths, Pincurchin, Vileplumes. And im running Vileplumes + Frosmoths. Vileplume hits hard 80dmg. Pretty much kills everything if opponent doesnt wake up from first sleep. And has decent HP 140. Green decks also have ericas for survivability.

Counter the meta with Heliopolis and Arbok. I was looking for the best arbok deck cuz I love him and landed on electric to support for its typing advantage. The only electric card I have that works with only darkness energy is heliolisk. Have one zubat and goldat in there for added aggression. Give it a try

Stupid question. Since you have Psychics in your deck, why doesn't the game give you Psychic energy, only Electric energy? Sorry if I'm missing some mechanics of the game

Not a stupid question, the game doesn’t really explain it! Basically when building a deck, if you let it auto-pick for you, the game assumes you want both energies (Psy and Ele) when it builds the deck. But if you build it manually and choose the specific Electric energy only on the energy icon in your deck box customization, you can choose to only have electric energies in your deck! Since you do not want to attack with Hypno, you don’t need the Psy energy since you only want to use him for sleep coin flips. I hope this helps!
